Step 3 - Your Consultant will suggest specific recommendations to improve the appearance and salability of your home. You’ll also receive a list of trusted service providers to help make repairs and improvements.

Step 4 - After the Home Visit, your Consultant will introduce you to two top performing real estate agents with specific expertise selling your type of home in your location. You choose the one you want.

Step 5 – Your Homarc Consultant will help manage the sale process. Because of their experience, the process is generally quick allowing you to get on with the next chapter of your life.
